When does my service start?

Once you establish service, I will reach out and schedule a day to come by your property to introduce myself, identify where your solid waste will be located, and answer any questions you may have. Once that is complete, your service will start on the following Friday.

How do I cancel my service?

Cancellations can be submitted under the account page. Please note that no partial refunds will be issued for cancellations.

My trash wasn’t collected!

Rest assured any interruption of service will be communicated early. If pick-up cannot be conducted on the following day, a partial refund will be issued, and collection will still be attempted as soon as possible. Any trash located outside of the previously identified pick-up location of your choosing will not be collected and no refunds will be issued for that reason.
